Online registration has been closed. Please email to registration@wsbe17hongkong.hk for details on payment and registraiton.                     

Methods of Payment

Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer or by cheque (for Hong Kong attendees only) and will be billed in Hong Kong Dollars.
 

Registration and Payment

  • Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • For online payment, your credit card will be billed in Hong Kong Dollars. Credit card issuing bank may charge you an international transaction fee, depending on the currency of the credit card. Please check with your credit card issuing bank for details of charges.
  • You will receive an invoice in the acknowledgment email after the registration is completed. Payment must be made within 14 days.
  • The conference programme is subject to change without prior notice.

Substitution Policy

  • Substitutions are allowed with the written permission of the original registered participants.
  • Request should be made on or before 5 May 2017 by email to registration@wsbe17hongkong.hk. Please also provide the full name, contact number and email address of the substituted attendee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Should the participant(s) registered for the conference, cancellation and refund can be made on or before 31 Dec 2016, refund will not be accepted afterwards.
  • Cancellation should be made by written email to registration@wsbe17hongkong.hk
  • Registered participants who do not attend will be charged for the full amount paid.
